SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. How long does it take for delivery?
For all custom made furniture orders, we deliver within 30 days from the order Confirmation Date (order payment date). All the ready to ship products are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of Order confirmation.
2. How much do I have to pay for delivery?
We provide free delivery throughout UAE.
We work with leading logistic partners to deliver throughout GCC via land transport (Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain). We will provide you a quote for the transport before you pay for your order.
International shipments ship via sea freight, and we ask you to fill out a form with your address, to provide you a shipping quote to your destination.
We also work with freight forwarders to delivery to their location for further transport to your destination.
3. How can I track my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails and SMS at every step. We update you at every stage of your product processing. For any details or queries please get in touch with our custom care. 4. Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form or Airway bill (AWB/Proof of delivery) in which you confirm that the products ordered by you were delivered in the correct condition and without any defects and damage.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

1. Can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled if you inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. After which your order is already being processed for manufacturing and cannot be cancelled any more.
If item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled unless the item is damaged or defective. We will offer replacement for any such defective or damaged items within 15 days of the receipt of the product in our warehouse.
2. What is your refund or replacement policy?
Refund or replacement will apply when the item delivered has been damaged due to transit or has a manufacturing defect. All our furniture is shipped with insurance. You need to inspect the furniture during delivery and report to us any damage with pictures and a brief email. Our customer care team will connect with you to arrange to rectify the issue if it is minor, or arrange a replacement if it cannot be rectified.
3. What is your repair policy?
A repair policy will be applied who have reported the damage to us in a reasonable amount of Time after noticing such a defect. We offer a 5 year warranty on any manufacturing defect that are not caused by normal wear and tear or use. “Defects” are defined as imperfection in the wooden frame that will impair the use of the goods.
4. What all does the 5 year warranty not cover?

Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, maintenance or use.
Defects occurring to the goods due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
Normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining or loosening of fabric or leather. Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted – for example leathers develop a patina over time, which is considered a normal feature of the upholstery. Cushion cores, back cushions may slightly soften over time.

5.Can I buy another product, when replaced, instead of the original ordered?
The product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND PAYMENTS

1. How do I open a new account?
Click on “sign in” or “register” which is located on the top right hand side of the website. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will create a user name and password.
2. I need personal assistance with my order. Who can I contact?
Our customer service center is happy to assist you with your order on +9714 883 0000, Monday – Sunday (10 am to 8 pm). You can also visit our showroom in Dubai for any inquires you might have.
3. What payment types do you accept?
We accept the following types of payments: credit cards, debit cards, net banking, bank transfer/cash deposit. We currently do not offer cash on delivery option.
4. is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. Shopping with Cozy Home is completely safe. We ensure that every card transaction occurs within a safe environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete, which is submitted directly to the bank.
5. Will my information be sold to third parties?
Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. Your privacy is important to us!
6. will I be asked to share credit card information over the phone or email?
At Cozy Home we never ask you to share any of your payment details over the email or on the phone.
7. How is the credit card payment processed?
During the payment process using net banking, you will be redirected to the secure Bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the Cozy Home website with your order details which you can keep a copy of.
