Payment Modes

Cozy Home accepts payments in cash, debit and credit card in-store and for deliveries we accept cash, debit and credit card by POS Machine. You can also request for a bank transfer. Goods will be delivered once our bank acknowledges payment has been received. We do not accept payment via Cheque.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required on all pre-orders. Orders are processed for production once payment has been received. The balance is due at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Payment must be made at our showroom in Dubai. The delivery time is estimated, as we cannot control factors beyond our control, ie delays in logistics, corona-virus shutdown of factories and force majeure. Pre-Orders cannot be amended, cancelled or returned, as they are manufactured specially for you. Orders are considered final once deposit is received. Deposit amount will not be returned if you decide to cancel an order.

Materials

We pride ourselves on the individuality of our products and designs. We showcase many designs on the website and display several design samples in our showroom, and we can also custom make a piece to suit your style and taste. If you have selected a sample piece from our showroom, your final piece may exhibit some different natural characteristics to the piece displayed. Timber pieces (Pinewood, Oakwood, Teak, Solid wood, etc.) will, in particular, vary in color and appearance. It is natural for timber to display different qualities including, but not limited to: timber grain, color, gum veins, scars, knots, and natural movement. Any differences in the initial appearance as a result of environmental changes or natural aging of pieces, ie cracks and splits, shrinkage, and expansion, and bowing which are derived or inherent to their materials, are not considered as defects or flaws, nor will they be covered by warranty. Every piece we make is perfectly unique. This is one of the best things about our furniture- no two pieces are the same! If you are considering one of our pieces, but are concerned or unsure about the possible differences in materials, we will be happy to talk you through the materials used and some of their natural characteristics, to assist you in making your final decision.

Color / Image Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for general information purposes and use only. Every endeavor is made to keep the product information complete and correct, however the customer is responsible for ensuring the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Cozy Home will not accept responsibility for any color or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Cozy Home, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual color and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colors and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of shininess, and different looks and feel for ‘bamboo’ material.

Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish or color (that is not a fault) will be unacceptable.

Measurement

We always try to be as accurate as possible, however, measurements specified by us are always approximate. All our products are handmade and so there may be a slight difference on some products. Dimensions may be differences +/- 3%, depending on the choice and configuration upholstery.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Web site. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Web site upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our Web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Web site or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this.
