At Cozy Home, our focus is to make beautiful designs which are handmade by artisans in a quality that lasts a long time. That’s why we offer a 5 year warranty on all our furniture. But of course we expect it to last even longer.
1. General wear and tear of the fabric, cut marks, scratches or other damage caused by improper use, accidents, knocks, external damage and discoloration caused by improper use or handling.
3. Products that have been stored in high temperatures, placed in direct sunlight, or faded due to direct sun and heat over extend time, and placed in an environment where its not suited – example outdoors or in a damp area.
4. Scratches on leather, tear of fabric by accident, example by sharp objects in pockets, by pets.
When you report a defect, Cozy home will investigate it and assess whether it is covered by the warranty. It will then decide whether the damage can be repaired or the product needs to be replaced. The cost of shipping the item to our service center will be borne by the customer.
The warranty is valid for 5 year from the date the product is purchased in a Cozy Home store or from the date the product is delivered to you by Cozy Home. The warranty can be claimed at the place of your original purchase. In order to claim the warranty, you must be able to document with the original receipt or a copy of your receipt.
